- Talent Acquisition_
- Responsibilities_
- _Performing administrative activities within Talent acquisition process including but not limiting to:_
- o Job posting_
- o Assessment scheduling_
- o Administer job offer process_
- o Manage referral payment process_
- o Manage administration of reference requests_
- o Background checks and screening_
- o Manage administration process to withdraw job offers_
- o Manage administration of pre-day 1 and day 1 onboarding_
- o Administration of systems set-up and access_
- o Generating documents/offers/paperwork according to the case/ticket_
- o Manage cases on the case management tool_
- o Coordinate with multiple third parties and vendors_
- o Validate data correctness and approvals as per case/ticket_
- _Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective process_
- _Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas_
- _Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by coordinating with different stakeholders_
- _Work closely with the overall process lead to ensure that any process changes / updates are processed_
- _Provide coaching and mentoring to the team members and manage client stakeholders_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- _Bachelor’s or equivalent education_
- _Relevant years of experience in HR shared services/Operations_
- _Experience in Oracle or similar HCM_
- _Good understanding of Talent acquisition process from requisition creation to onboarding_
- _Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment_
- _Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills_
- _Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _MBA/External Certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage_
- _Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently_
- _Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently_
- _Ability to work at all levels of the HR “stack” - Strategic, operational, and tactical_
