**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in Marathi-speaking clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Provide therapy services to Marathi-speaking clients
- Monitor and document clients' progress towards their therapy goals
- Educate caregivers about communication strategies and techniques to improve their communication and quality of life

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Fluency in Marathi
- 2-12 years of experience in providing speech therapy services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently

This is a remote-based contractual role requiring 15 hours per week, with flexible work timings to accommodate the therapist's schedule.
