- Handling day to day backend operations including query resolution, content management and escalations.
- Monitoring and managing Service operations formultiplecountries. - Analyze the processes and help identify areas of performance improvements.
- Handling level 2/ 3 escalations providing support to our Customer Service team by analyzing dataand customerhistory.
- Escalations to Technology team, Trading and Paymentproviders as required.
- To assist other escalation (Payments / Risk / General) teams in times of need.
- To execute daily & monthly content promotion goals.
- Website content management including banners and commentsfiltering.

Skills and Qualification Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong Excel / Google Spreadsheet skills
- Keen attention to detail enables us to identify even the minutest aspects with precision.
- A solid understanding of current global sporting activities, particularly prominent sports and teams is highly desirable.
- 1+ years of general experience in E-Commerceor related online company
- 1+ years of ops support experience in gaming and with an interest in sports a plus
- Working knowledge of database architecture and management (preferably MySQL and Oracle) is aplus
- Should be flexible to work in night shifts and weekends on rotation basis.

**Salary**: From ₹270,000.00 per year
