3 To monitor and archieve department objectives.

5 Risk assessment, internal /external issue and action plan on the same.

6 To Update & maintain approved supplier list. ( With Supplier quality)

7 to ensure Statatory & Legal complaenses

**Purchase activity**

1 Daily Inventory tracking

2 Daily Shortage tracking & Communicate with concern department

3 To maintain 5S

4 ERP entries

5 RM planning, PO making, material follow up

6 To evaluate RM, BOP & consumable supplier.

7 To procure material and services from approved supplier.

8 Supplier selection doccuments along with IQC

9 Mould shifting plan as per instruction

10 To release schedules to suppliers.

11 Supplier schedule tracking & followups

12 Supplier Raw material arrangement & reconcilation

13 To provide support to supplier along with concern person

14 To ensure product Identification & treceability as required.

15 To ensure correct accounting of incoming & outgoing material. (except Customer Dispatch)

16 To prepare & verify delivery challan / invoice

17 To follow Packing & preservation requirements of product.

18 live update GRN/Outward/Material Issue/consumables (Review & Tracking)

19 Empty Bin/boxes reconsilation (Customer/Suppliers) (Review & Tracking with Dispatch team)

20 Supplier invoicing (Ensure GST/E-invoice/E-way Bill/LR copy) (Contigency)

21 To carry out supplier rating & initiate corrective action.( With Supplier quality)

22 To work out raw material Requirement for the month

23 KPI,Kaizen MIS submition on time

24 To participate in Daily Review Meetings.

25 To set individual role and responsibilities under him.

26 Review performance of individual under him.

27 To ensure correct Handling, preservation, storage & packing of material.

28 Task assigned by HOD/Management
