**Business Development Executive (Ed-Tech) Job Description**

**Location**: Noida Sector-63

**Job Type**:Full-time

As a Business Development Executive at Sky Education Group, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the organization by identifying and securing admission opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting education/admission counseling by the company. The role involves active collaboration with top universities in India, promoting online and regular courses, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Counseling learning prospects, offering career advice, and explaining how UG and PG Degree Programs can accelerate their career.
- Conducting consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls daily with prospective students and their parents.
- Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of our collaborative University degree programs.
- Taking responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned leads, which includes phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of leads to the respective team.
- Achieving weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Generate leads through various channels, networking and cold-calls.

**Requirements**:

- Analyze the needs and preferences of the target audience to tailor services and strategies accordingly.
- Strong sense of empathy and great patience when dealing with potential learners.
- A systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines.
- A sales mindset to effectively communicate our UG & PG Degree Program to prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
- Sales experience in the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.

**Educational Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the higher education landscape in India is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
