**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the field.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Work with the team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities and confidence in handling client queries.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing power.
- Basic technical knowledge (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven sales track record.

**Eligibility**:

- Graduation in any discipline.
- 1.5 to 5 years of relevant field sales experience.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and achieving daily/weekly targets.

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 (based on experience & performance).
