**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Follow up with branches to complete daily EOD and further updating of same in Corporate office.

Continuous and timely support to branches for CBS/CRM/HRMS and Other Applications Support to branches/Call Centers for all hardware related issue & ensuring timely resolution of same

He have to ensure all IT related equipment in branches are in proper functioning condition. He have to ensure proper utilization of resources and any wastage to be curbed and reported.

Conducting regular visit to all branches as per the schedule shared by the reporting officer Conducting regular CBS/CRM training in branches and solving any issues related to it. Timely monitoring & rectification of issues logged through TMS.

Timely rectification of issues related to LAN network at branches and offices. Coordinate with local contractors and vendors for rectification of IT issues. Provide IT infrastructure to all new & Existing branch offices in the region. Support branch to complete BRS on time & testing new version of CBS release.

Ensuring smooth implementation of new versions of CBS /CRM in branches. Continuous monitoring & Implementation of Connectivity(MPLS/BBVPN/Broadband etc.)

Stock management of all hardware in branches and data-card provided Technical support for resolving CCTV issues Structured cabling of new and Existing branches of both MFIN & MHIL Branches DLP & Antivirus installation and Support

Should have experience in Software, Hardware and Networking.

Should have excellent communication skills

Should have regular degree from any recognized university.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
