**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including scheduling, budgets, and quality control.
- Lead and motivate site personnel, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety audits to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and labor are available as needed.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work hours, materials used, and incident reports.
- Ensure all site activities adhere to building codes, legal regulations, and environmental standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
