**Job Title: RO Operator**

**Reports to: Shift Incharge/ Production Manager**

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor the RO plant, including pre-treatment, filtration, and post-treatment processes.

2. Conduct routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure the plant is running efficiently and effectively.

3. Monitor water quality parameters, such as pH, turbidity, and conductivity, and take corrective action as necessary.

4. Perform chemical cleaning and sanitization of the RO membranes and plant equipment.

5. Troubleshoot issues with the RO plant and take corrective action to minimize downtime.

6. Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance, and water quality.

7. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

8. Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and improve plant efficiency.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Water Technology, or related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operating and maintaining RO plants.

3. Knowledge of RO plant operations, water treatment processes, and chemical handling.

4. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.

5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.

7. Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,840.42 per month
