**Role Summary**

Curation Screening Reviewer on the ConcertAI Clinical Patient Insights (CPI) team navigate electronic medical record systems and other medical databases; review medical records to determine eligibility and if needed, abstracts medical record data related to specified disease and project requirements. Curation Screening Reviewer works closely with the Curation Screening Lead.

**Responsibilities**
- Accesses EMR systems or centralized data warehouse for review of oncology-specific medical records.
- Screens for study eligibility within Data Products and Custom Projects.
- Performs feasibility for Custom Projects.
- Ability to abstract medical data and records into an electronic data entry system.
- Review project-specific documents, as needed, to develop familiarity with project goals.
- Ability to efficiently and proficiently screen in all tumor types. Interact internally with Curation Screening Lead and Senior Clinical Manager.
- Ability to perform user acceptance testing, etc, and provide appropriate documentation and feedback for the screening process and tools.
- Ability to autonomously work with IT and/or curation resource personnel to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Work closely with the Curation Screening Lead to understand the validation of ineligible records.
- Attend staff meetings as scheduled.
- Participate in training and development sessions for each assigned project(s) and/or complete all self-paced training modules as specified.
- Meet with management as needed for adjustment of work assignments.
- Collaborate with the members of the Quality and Clinical team members to ensure overall quality.
- Cross-train in other areas of the quality and training departments.
- Conduct additional duties as assigned, including review of selected medical records to assess eligibility for new projects.
- Maintain a professional approach respecting the dignity and confidentiality of associates, managers, and vendors.
- Perform all other duties, as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; OR one to two years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of training and clinical experience.
- 2 years of working experience with ConcertAI or equivalent.
- Clinical experience in the field of Oncology is required.
- Experience with medical records, data abstraction, chart audit, or coding is desirable.
- Data entry/computer experience and strong typing skills are required.
- Engagement in formal/informal ongoing training, obtaining, and maintaining certifications/licensure is required, and membership in professional societies is desirable.
