Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Reviewer role located in Bengaluru. The Medical Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the accuracy of medical records, coding practices, and clinical documentation. Daily tasks include auditing medical charts, conducting clinical reviews for regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in clinical documentation. The role also involves contributing to risk adjustment processes, facilitating clinical documentation improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines and standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in medical records review, chart auditing, and healthcare documentation standards
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, HCC coding, risk adjustment, and clinical documentation improvement
  • Strong understanding of healthcare administrative workflows such as claims management and denials analysis
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, data curation, and quality assurance methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Nursing, Life Sciences, or allied medical disciplines)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
