**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Managing Access Controls Operations for SAP and non-SAP systems
- Liaising with Business, Operating Centres, Controllers/ Controllers’ teams to ensure Access
Controls Compliance
- Manage vendor (3 rd party) team to monitor services delivered.
Holding vendor to agreed SLAs
Responsible for Operations without control failures in area
- Driving Automation projects for Access Controls operations
- Publishing monthly reporting for Access Control Health Indicators
- Understand critical business and information technology risks including segregation of duties principles.
- Establish and run periodic SLA reporting, end to end service metrics and performance reporting;
includes analysis and root cause analysis of access control issues.
- Delivering benefits identified as part of the continuous improvement agenda to access operations.
- Handle service incidences in a professional manner ensuring that root causes for recurring issues
are identified and resolved
