**Job Description: IoT NodeMCU Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on IoT concepts, NodeMCU development, programming (primarily in languages like Arduino, Lua, etc.), and sensor integration.

**Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create well-structured, up-to-date training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, projects, and assessments.

**Hands-on Demonstrations**: Provide practical demonstrations of IoT concepts, NodeMCU usage, and various sensor/actuator integrations, fostering a deeper understanding among participants.

**Lab Setup**: Assist in setting up and maintaining IoT development labs, ensuring that all necessary hardware, software, and tools are available and functional.

**Individual Support**: Provide personalized assistance and guidance to participants during lab sessions and project work, addressing their questions and challenges effectively.

**Project Supervision**: Oversee participants' IoT project work, review project proposals, offer constructive feedback, and monitor their progress to ensure successful completion.

**Industry Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the IoT field, incorporating relevant updates into training materials.

**Feedback and Evaluation**: Collect feedback from participants, evaluate training effectiveness, and make continuous improvements to enhance the learning experience.

**Workshops and Seminars**: Conduct workshops, webinars, and seminars to promote the importance of IoT and NodeMCU development within the community and industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IoT development, with a focus on NodeMCU platforms.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Arduino, Lua, and others relevant to IoT development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or workshop facilitation is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying current with emerging IoT technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and a patient approach when assisting participants with varying levels of technical expertise.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 per month
