**Active engagement** with the **sales team to resolve day-to-day hurdles related to products and processes.**:

- **Co-ordinating** with various functions like IT, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve queries on time and provide Ad-hoc support wherever required.
- **Identity the product gap, conduct research on product development, test the product’s and process’s viability, and communicate the new launch of product and processes.**:

- **Ensure adequate training** interventions on systems and processes while monitoring progress and publishing figures.
- **Drive employee contests and incentives** to increase employees' motivation and productivity levels.
- **Develop cost-effective measurements** to achieve exceptional business practices.
- **Identify the training needs **of the team and ensure that all the employees across the regions are trained on products and processes.
- **Identifying and providing inputs** for building a technology roadmap for the company.
- **Maintain current knowledge** of the market and industry trends.
- **Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Strong organizational and time-management skills.**:

- Should be Graduate - **Technical or Management background preferred.**
