**Responsibilities**:
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Systems Analyst at Client will be responsible for the business processes translation into system configuration & implementation of the business processes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The BSA will analyze complex business problems and help define the solution within the CRM system. Identify gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scale new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Design details of automated systems. Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Interfaces with Business and IT cross functional teams to identify and resolve business systems problems and consults with various users to identify potential improvements.
- Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects in CRM domain
- Act as a liaison between Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and vendor to drive CRM implementations
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements
- Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops. Effectively uses interviewing skills to elicit, identify, and document business requirements
- Perform gap analysis: as-is vs to-be
- Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases
- Accurately translate business requirements into functionality
- Manage requirements to meet business expectations
- Prioritize business requirements and recommends changes to multiple business processes.
- Clearly articulate the impact of business problems and benefits using business language
- Understand industry-specific trends that impact the organization

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required
- 5+ years Business Systems Analysis experience required
- 3+ years architecture/technical/functional/configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM required.
- Intermediate Technical and administrative knowledge of CRM tools, Platforms and Trends required.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple implementations and/or platform upgrade
- Must be skilled in analytical techniques, practices and problem solving
- Exhibits prior and current technical expertise in web technology and the ability to learn new
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products required
- Capable of learning new systems and creating/implementing new system functionality

**Salary**: ₹417,889.12 - ₹1,628,747.20 per year

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
