D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) – FinanceFunctional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial business processes and deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance modules.Experience Required:- Minimum: 12–15 years of relevant experience in Finance domain- Minimum: 10 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O or AX- Preferred: Experience in global rollouts and multi-entity environments- Location: HyderabadKey Responsibilities:- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document finance-related business requirements.- Configure and implement D365 F&O Finance modules in line with best practices.- Lead workshops and training sessions with end users and key stakeholders.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are translated into system solutions.- Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities.- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements.- Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios.- Ensure compliance with client and regulatory financial processes.Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O Finance modules, including:- General Ledger (GL)- Accounts Payable (AP)- Accounts Receivable (AR)- Fixed Assets- Budgeting- Cash and Bank Management- Cost Accounting- Project Accounting (optional)- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.- Experience in working on at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Certification.- Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or other Microsoft tools.- Familiarity with localization requirements for India (GST, TDS, etc.)
