**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of sales operations reports, KPIs, and metrics.
- Support the VP in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and other sales operations tasks.
- Organize and coordinate team meetings, ensuring action items are documented and followed up on.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the VP of Sales, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate with the sales team and help resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Secretary, preferably within a sales or operations environment.
- Strong understanding of sales operations processes, including CRM systems, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, and sales-related tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
