**About Maxopp**:
Maxopp is a Jaipur-based new-age business and digital skills school focused on practical, hands-on learning. We equip learners with actionable skills through a “Learn-Apply-Learn” methodology with 70% practice and 30% theory.
**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a persuasive and energetic Telecaller with prior experience in the EdTech industry. This role will focus on generating leads, engaging potential learners, and driving them to visit our campus for counseling sessions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call potential learners from provided databases or leads.
- Explain Maxopp’s programs, methodology, and career benefits.
- Build rapport and create urgency to book office visits.
- Maintain a call log, lead sheet, and follow-up schedule.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and walk-in appointments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven telecalling or inside sales experience in EdTech (minimum 1 year).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn interest into visits.
- Goal-oriented with a self-motivated attitude.
- Comfortable working with CRM or lead management tools.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
