**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 months - 1 year in telesales/outbound calling (mandatory)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Shift Timing**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (General Shift)
**Week Off**: 1 Rotational

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic **Tele Sales Executive** to join our outbound sales process team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and address customer queries effectively.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality interactions.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English**:

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling customer objections
- Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
