Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing job responsibilities:

- Primary Responsibilities
- Build and nurture a strong network of Channel Partners
- Conducting and organizing site visits of potential clients
- Articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Ability to position our products against competitors
- Checking the loan eligibility
- Developing marketing and sales strategies to build consumer preferences and drive volumes
- Drive the sales process from plan to close

Secondary Responsibilities
- Assisting in day to day marketing operational activities
- Following up with banks & NBFI’s for loan processing and facilitate disbursement
- Any other task signed by the reporting manager

- Previous experience of handling sales function in real estate sector
- Experience of working with Channel Partners
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
