1. Revisit Calls/ Fresh Call:
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with previous leads to reignite interest and address any questions or concerns.
- Client Engagement: Revisit clients who have shown initial interest but have not yet committed to keeping them engaged.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure that potential clients are consistently moving through the sales pipeline.
2. Client Handling.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised service.
- Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings to understand clients' needs and preferences.
- Feedback Management: Gather and address client feedback to improve service delivery and increase satisfaction.
3. Project Briefing:
- Property Presentations: Provide detailed briefings to clients on various properties, including key features, benefits, and amenities.
- Information Sharing: Ensure clients are well-informed about property specifications, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Market Insight: Share insights on market trends, investment potential, and property comparisons to help clients make informed decisions.
4. Convincing Clients:
- Value Proposition: Highlight the unique selling points of properties to persuade clients of their value.
- Addressing Concerns: Respond to client queries and concerns effectively, providing necessary information and reassurance.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
5.Closing the Deal:
- Final Negotiations: Handle final negotiations with clients, ensuring all terms are clearly understood and agreed upon.
- Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Commitment: Secure a commitment from clients to purchase or lease the property.
6.Booking:
- Transaction Processing: Process booking forms and ensure all administrative tasks related to the booking are completed.
- Client Confirmation: Confirm bookings with clients and provide them with all necessary information and documentation.
- Post-Sale Support: Maintain contact with clients post-booking to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
