We are looking for a certified and experience Aptitude Trainer to help learner develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal as a trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions, and improve the skills of our learners.
**MAJOR DELIVERABLES**

1.Prior experience in delivering trainings

2 Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of training depending on the content/audience.

3 Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.

4 Good knowledge of Aptitude (Quant, Verbal, Logical Reasoning )

5 Strong ability to engage audience, get them interested and give them reason to listen.

6 You process excellent communication & presentation skills.

7. Review trainer performance and learning
**Essential Attributes/ Core Competency**

1 Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office/Digital platform

2 Experience with the technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and E- teaching platforms

3 Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

4 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5 Able to analysis problem and strategize for the better solutions

**Qualification**

1 Bachelor’s degree in any field

2 Any training delivery certificate/course attended will be an advantage.
