**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive aptitude training programs tailored to different audiences.
- Conduct training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and data interpretation.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, worksheets, and practice tests.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into training programs.
- Collaborate with academic and career services to support students’ career readiness.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and mock tests.
- Maintain records of student performance and training outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience as an aptitude trainer or similar role, preferably in a coaching institute or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of aptitude test formats and preparation strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
- Familiarity with online training tools and platforms is a plus.
- Certification in relevant training methodologies is advantageous.
