SAP Executive

The role manages to handle Programmes, Projects, Enhancements, Erros ( SFRs), Consulting needs related to systems and business areas being managed.
Key objectives are:
1. To provide technology solutions for business/operations/ requirements
2. Project Management: For key Projects
b. Project review meeting and tracking progress
c. Take necessary actions and timely escalations as needed
d. Implementation
e. Working and planning various interfaces/integration requirements in the enhancements
3. Monitor and review System errors and their management
6. Be Consultants to Business on impact on account of technology projects.
7. Manage Complete functional Testing for technology projects, including testing documentation for Projects, Enhancements and SFRs
8. Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements
9. Participate in discussions and provide inputs on features, operational aspects, directions during solutioning of requirements for complex and strategic items
10. Manage / Review Liaison with DBA/OS support team and other technical team
11. Intervention and escalation management
12. Interactions with Team Leaders/Unit Heads/ Function Heads of Operation Units, Product groups etc. for Business Requirements understanding and presenting options for approaches & solutions.
13. Review requirements documents and Functional specifications for complex and key requirements providing domain inputs.
14. Manage testing for Projects, Enhancements, SFRs, Technical projects.
15. Manage changes in Applications on account of interfaces ( viz Connect24, Cards, Netbanking, ESB, Base24 etc ).
17. Scripting of extracts from core banking systems to support operations and product-biz requirements.
19. Review and provide inputs, alternate suggestions/solutions on process changes/implementation of new products to operations and business units.
20. Undertake prompt and conclusive action/decisions / recommendations in case of sudden system issues /operational failures/customer complaints.

g. Feasibility/Applicability of the requirements in-line with Business needs
h. Liaison with vendor to assess visible system impacts due to the changes proposed
i. Involve other stake holders of the interfaced systems
22. Solutioning and Integration: For key Projects
j. Working and planning various interfaces/integration requirements in the enhancements
l. Collating various cost applicable and publish TCOs
m. Review and Approve FPNs
23. Technological interface management
- For key Projects
n. Involve and initiate the designing the technical solution with the vendor
o. Finalization of the solution based on the functional requirement.
p. Interfaces and have future road map in line with the business requirements, expansion and volumes
q. Inputs for capacity planning along with IT
24. UAT Planning and Management
- For key Projects
s. Review the plan the production roll out and activity wise schedule with IT, Business and vendor teams.
t. Supervise to get approval from CCB
u. Information Security group discussion and closures of the queries raised
v. Audit discussion and closures of queries raised
w. Discussing with IT Teams for taking required sign-offs
x. Review and Approve RCFs as applicable raised by the team
25. Vendor Management for enhancements
z. Periodically review Application / Solution effectiveness with Senior Vendor Resources,
aa. Interact with vendor on-site / off-site delivery heads for project time lines, tracking slippages, and necessary escalations and arrive at remedial measures
bb. Participate in discussions and reviews and conflict resolutions

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS (Education, technical/ behavioral skills, Experience)
a) MCA/ MBA/ BE/ MSc/B Tech or BSc IT/Graduation
b) 6-8 years of experience, in execution, strategic and planning across
i. BFS domain areas - Mobile / Net Banking, Payments (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, AEPS etc), Advances, Credit & Debit Cards, Document Management / Workflow, AML, Depository / Custody, Retail asset, Collection, Business Banking etc.
ii. Technical domain expertise across
- RDBMS - Oracle, MS SQL, PL/SQL
- OS - Linux, AIX, Windows
- Development Technologies like JAVA/J2EE/.NET/Web Technologies
- Project Management methodologies, SDLC (Planning, Feasibility Study, Requirements Analysis, Technical Architecture & Design, Development, Testing - UT / SIT / UAT, Implementation, Support, Documentation), Process & Quality.
Soft Skills:
