**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Location: Remote/India (Preference to those based in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad)**

**Job Summary**:
As a Graphic Designer at XS Worldwide, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering creative solutions for a wide range of digital and print media. You will work closely with our marketing, communications, and project teams to bring our client’s visions to life through innovative, high-quality visual content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and create design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Work on branding projects to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain design templates to be used across multiple projects.
- Deliver high-quality designs within project deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to consistently deliver innovative solutions.
- Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and event collateral.
- Ensure designs are aligned with the company’s vision and branding guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in both print and digital media design.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,335.86 - ₹59,030.96 per month
