As a Beauty Salon Trainer, you'll be responsible for educating salon professionals about our products, demonstrating their usage, and promoting their benefits. **Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Educate Salon Professionals**: Provide training and demonstrations to salon stylists and owners on the usage, benefits, and features of our beauty products.
- **Promote Products**: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products, highlighting their unique selling points and advantages.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and stylists to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and promote product loyalty.
- **Conduct Product Demonstrations**: Organize and conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and other promotional events at salons to showcase our products.
- **Provide Feedback**: Gather feedback from salon professionals on our products, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting new product development opportunities.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of salon visits, product demonstrations, and sales interactions.
- **Meet Sales Targets**: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of our business in the assigned region.

**Requirements**:

- **Beautician Qualification**: Diploma or certificate in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field.
- **Salon Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a salon, preferably as a stylist, therapist, or trainer.
- **Own Vehicle**: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle for frequent travel to salons.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate with salon professionals, promoting our products and building strong relationships.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, managing your schedule, and meeting sales targets.
- **Good Time Management**: Ability to plan and execute multiple salon visits, demonstrations, and other promotional activities.
