**Key Responsibilities**
- Arrange on and off-campus interviews for graduating students.
- Coordinate activities of job placement service for all students of Virohan.
- Exhibit empathy and passion to help students in the challenges they face while chasing their dreams.
- Capture and share success stories of Virohan’s students & alumni regularly.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data for use in job placement activities.
- Interaction with the student during the training phase & placement phase to set the right industry expectations.
- Connect with employers and develop employment opportunities.
- Conduction of campus interviews at centers.
- Ensuring the overall center's internship & Placement process is smoother through the team.
- Work closely with the placement team to support the establishment and maintenance of partnerships with professional/industry organizations.
- Collection of employer feedback about the placed students.
- Start and maintain relationships with employers and companies to streamline employment opportunities.
- Enthusiastically handle the day-to-day operations and interact with relevant stakeholders in the organization
- Maintain an existing network of companies participating in campus recruitment and internship

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
