Senior Software Developer

The Senior SW Developer job performs installation, configuration, and maintenance of information technology (IT) systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers. Working independently under general supervision, this job maintains end user needs by ensuring the uptime; performance, resource availability, and security of the computers are within established operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports the acquiring, installing, and upgrading computer components and software and planning for service outages and other problems.
- Maintains the automation of routine tasks using scripting and writing basic computer programs to address more complex systems software configuration and enhancement.
- Implements domain solutions and executes changes in line with the implementation plan.
- Helps senior domain administrators with trouble shooting of day-to-day domain issues.
- Configures servers and associated routers to ensure their smooth and reliable operation.
- Creates documentation as it relates to domain configuration, routing, processes, and service records.
- Updates current documentation of all equipment under operational control.

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Profile: We are looking for an experienced UX researcher conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies and user interviews.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct and evaluate primary and secondary user research, including both qualitative and quantitative studies.
- Review, analyse and produce key highlights and detailed analysis of user testing sessions, surveys, competitive research, Voice-of-Customer (VOC) data, analytics
- Perform market and ethnographic research.
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
- Write, launch, and analyse surveys and remote, unmoderated user testing.
- Review, select and present representative video clips of recorded user sessions.
- Excellent storytelling capabilities and communications skills.

**Requirements**:

- Work experience in applied research with diverse research methodologies in a product driven B2C environment.
- Bachelor’s or MS in a human behaviour related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
- A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
- Excellent time-management skills
