We are seeking a experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping team and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervision and Team Management:
Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning duties and tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to established cleaning procedures and schedules.

Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with company standards.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.

Train staff on proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.

Excellent knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Education**:
+2, +3 or Equivalent. Additional certification or training in housekeeping management is a plus.
