Roles and Responsibilities of a BAMS Doctor

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Patient Consultation and Care**: Conduct thorough patient consultations, taking detailed medical histories, and performing physical examinations to diagnose conditions based on Ayurvedic principles.
- **Treatment and Prescription**: Prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic medicines and therapies, including dietary and lifestyle recommendations, to effectively treat a wide range of ailments.
- **Clinic Management**: Take ownership of the clinic's operations, including maintaining an organized environment, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients on the principles of Ayurveda, their specific conditions, and the importance of adhering to treatment plans for optimal health outcomes.
- **Building the Practice**: Actively contribute to the growth of the clinic by providing excellent patient care, fostering positive relationships with patients, and helping to build a strong reputation in the community.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure seamless patient experience and high-quality care.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and prescriptions.
