Role: Clinical Documentation Specialist
Qualification: BHMS/ BAMS / MBBS / BDS / BPT
Experience: 0 to 5+ Years (Clinical / Non Clinical)
CTC - BAMS/ BHMS/ BDS/ BPT/ BUMS : - 4 Lac to 6 Lac pa (Depending on interview)

MBBS-5 LPA to 7 LPA( Depending on interview)

Shift timings: 8am - 5pm

5 days working: Tuesday - Saturday

Week Off: Sunday & Monday

Job profile:
1. Listen and comprehend recorded patient physician interactions, develop an impression about the clinical
condition and document clinical history, examination findings & plan of action
2. Create highly structured (literally medical text-book style) clinical notes, summarize findings and insights
- with sections such as history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, assessment details, treatment plan etc.
3. Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record.(EHR)
4. Maintain clinical note quality using documentation norms and physician preferences

1. Only 15 Days Accommodation in Mumbai.
2. One way travel Fare to Mumbai.

Note:

- Remote interview.
- 3 Months training will be provided along with the salary.

Interview Procedures:
1. Online Test (attend only through Laptop or Desktop)
2. Whatsapp Video call interview with Sr. Doctor.
