Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented quality auditor to oversee our quality control processes. You will be developing testing parameters for our products, reviewing products for industry compliances. You may also need to train employees on quality standards. To ensure success as a quality auditor, you should possess in-depth knowledge of product standards and extensive experience as a quality auditor in a similar industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Good knowledge of various aspects of quality assurance
- Managing a set up for inbound and outbound calls
- Responsible for training auditing and providing coaching to the team.
- Mentoring and support the team where we see opportunities for Improvement in quality.
- Documenting quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management reviews.
- Coordinating and facilitate call calibrations.
- Able to identify the root cause and share observations with operations

**Requirements**:

- Should be having atleast 1year of experience as QA on papers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information

Experience
- 0 to 5 Years

Education
- Should have an aggregate of 60% in the academics till date.
