Billing

1.To ensure timely billing and dispatch of invoices of assigned clientele

2.To ensure the recording of sales, receipts and tax entries in the accounting system on a regular basis

3.Raise credit note after verification and approvals

4.Regular reconciliation of balances and obtaining the NDC or Balance confirmations

5.Preparation of Debtors Ageing Report as per Management requirement

6.To maintain the register of agreements/ term sheet as supporting document for sale transactions

Risk Management

1.Construct and monitor internal reliable control systems

2.Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

Minimum Requirement:
Required skills, competencies and attributes

▪Thorough understanding of billing and operations

▪Ability to interact effectively with peers and superiors in other functional teams

▪Have good verbal and written communication skills

▪Strict adherence to defined processes and planned/organised work style

▪Attention to detail and accuracy

▪Have excellent MS skills (word, excel as a minimum) and in billing / accounting packages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹33,240.24 per month
