- Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback
- identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients
- researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities
- giving presentations to clients about products or services
- acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
- ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients
- understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to communicate confidently - both through speaking and writing - with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organization
- Self-motivation
- A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new sales opportunities
- Strategic Account Development
- Market and Customer Intelligence
- The ability to research and keep on top of developments in the industry (an interest in the sector will help)
- Commercial awareness.
- Build relationships with key employees among customers
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, Finance, HR, senior management) to address customers’ needs
- Support to developing and executing the agreed customer strategy
- Support the account business targets and is responsible for the achievement of the target
- Support to develop a strategic partnership and establish relationships with the appropriate Customer's key decision makers and ensures access to the account, combines the know-how, and forms the communication hub.
- Relationship Management
- Follows the principle of "one and clear face to the customer".
- Builds/maintains sustainable relationships with the appropriate customer's key decision-makers
- Provides value to the customer by creating a new business together and with this develops new business opportunities for valantic. Ensures customer satisfaction surveys are carried out, thus showing commitment, willingness, and passion for the customer. Moreover, he/she coordinates the customer's needs to the respective Division.

**What distinguishes you**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 to 8 years in Corporate sales/ Business Development/ Key Account Manager / Client Relations Manager.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Problem solver who can anticipate needs
- Trustworthy with proven accountability
