**Key Responsibilities: Inbound Calling**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about products or services.
- Resolve issues and escalate calls to appropriate departments if required.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.

**Outbound Calling**:

- Make outgoing calls to potential or existing customers.
- Generate leads, pitch products/services, and convert prospects.
- Conduct surveys, collect feedback, or follow up on previous interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and maintain productivity.
- Record call outcomes and update CRM or databases.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems (preferred).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
