We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team, specializing in loan sanction processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our loan products, and assisting them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our loan offerings.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, answering any questions they may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our database.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth documentation and sanctioning processes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service (We are welcoming freshers as well).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
