**Job Description**:
- Responsible for on-time completion of assignments
- Openness to mentor and share knowledge to peers and juniors
- Expected to actively participate in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures to further streamline the lighting pipeline
- Must interact with peers, team leads and supervisors, within or across departments, for the successfull completion of tasks
- Maintain backup of appropriate files in server/version control system
- Attend necessary departmental and team meetings
- Should train juniors and freshers
**Qualifications**:
- Lighting knowledge in real-time engine is a must (Unreal Engine, Unity or any proprietary Realtime engine)
- Experience and knowledge in material
- Fair knowledge in color theory
**Key Competencies and Skills**:
- Must exhibit exceptional understanding of lighting, staging and composition
- Must have good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Applicants must display excellent communication skills
- Production experience with at least one shipped game title
- Should be a good team player
- Artistic skills and photography is an advantage
- Ability to communicate well both in written and verbal form
**Added Advantage**:
- Traditional art skills are an added advantage.
- Knowledge of scripting and programming is a plus.
- Experience in photography and cinematography is an added advantage.
