*Job descriptions*
- Maintains current sales data in Oracle CRM, including progress/completion of sales stages
- Lead, motivate and drive the performance of the Telesales Team
- Manage and ensure optimal utilisation and results of each campaign

*Analyse, report, review and appraise individual sales performance and team performance
- Build a highly motivated, energized and high performing Telesales Team

*Manage and resolve customers’ issues escalated by Team Lead
- Handles escalated customer issues and resolves them to customers’ satisfaction and provide feedback to Product Management on issues that can be addressed in the programs

*Skills*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently in a team.
- Confident and personable telephone manner
- 3 to 5 years sales experience in the a call centre, preferably in the *Real estate *
- 3 to 5 years experience in telesales
- customer service / telecommunication
- Excellent planning skills and good judgment
- Basic Computer Knowledge like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT

**Salary**: Up to ₹27,037.79 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar - 201304, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Telemarketing: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
