The Client Service Representative is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to execute advertising campaigns, addressing client needs, and maintaining a high level of communication and professionalism.

**Qualification:

- **
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role in the advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and media concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

job timings:

- 10am to 7pm

working days:

- monday to saturday

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
