**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or requests efficiently.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure prompt response and follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Meet performance targets (response time, resolution rate, CSAT, etc.).
- Stay updated on industry best practices and customer service trends.

**Key Requirements**:

- Freshers must have their graduation mark sheet
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in the International Chat Process or Customer Support role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong command of English.
- Previous BPO, ex-comms, or international experience is preferred.

**Interview Process**:
