We are hiring for the " **MEDICALREPRESENTATIVE**" Profile. - **Medical Representative (MR) Job Role & Responsibilities1.** A **Medical Representative (MR)** is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical, radiology products or medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. They act as the link between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers, ensuring that medical products reach the right audience. **2. Key Responsibilities** **Sales & Promotion**: - Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical or medical products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals. - Explain product benefits, usage, and dosage to healthcare professionals. - Convince healthcare professionals to prescribe or recommend the company's products. **Market Research & Customer Analysis**: - Identify potential clients and establish long-term relationships. - Conduct market research to understand competitors, market trends, and customer needs. - Gather feedback from doctors and pharmacists about the company’s products. **Meeting Targets**: - Achieve sales targets and business goals set by the company. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies. **Maintaining Records & Reporting**: - Maintain daily call reports, sales records, and client interactions. - Provide feedback and market insights to the company’s management. - Keep track of competitor activities and pricing strategies. **Product Knowledge & Training**: - Stay updated with medical advancements and new product launches. - Attend training sessions to improve knowledge of products and industry regulations. **Coordination with the Team & Management**: - Work closely with the sales team and senior managers to improve sales strategies. - Coordinate with the supply chain and distribution teams to ensure product availability. **3. Required Skills & Qualifications** **Educational Background**: - **Bachelor’s degree** in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred. - Some companies may accept graduates from other fields with relevant experience. **Key Skills**: - Good **communication & presentation** skills. - Strong **negotiation & persuasion** skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong **customer relationships**. - **Self-motivated** with a result-driven approach. **4. Work Environment** - Field-based job; involves **frequent travel** to meet doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. - May require attending **medical conferences, workshops, and product training sessions**. - Work hours can be flexible, with occasional weekend work for medical events. **5.
