We are seeking experienced **female Tele calling & Back Office Coordinators** who can efficiently manage administrative duties and customer communication. The role requires both phone-based interaction and backend support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage data entry tasks with accuracy and precision.
- Handle administrative tasks such as document filing and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups, support, and feedback.
- Assist in resolving customer queries through professional and timely communication.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tele calling or back-office operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A customer-centric and team-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
