What will your essential responsibilities include?

Leading and developing a team of actuaries in India.

Conduct competitor studies to support strategy development, financial planning and business decision-making.Develop and support the monthly pricing metric process to ensure accurate and timely reporting of rate change and other key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with key business stakeholders in Underwriting, Finance, Reserving and Claims to support profitable growth strategies.Enhance, design, implement and maintain actuarial pricing tools to support market-leading pricing capabilities with a focus on rating algorithms, compliance, and data capture.Understand underwriter requirements for product changes and provide creative solutions along with help in training on complicated pricing approaches & compliance issues.
- Create rate filings, actuarial support exhibits & draft memorandum & will be providing filing objection support.
- Activities will include the development of pricing tools, the monitoring of rating metrics and the performance of profitability studies.
- Will be assisting in responding to management queries and concerns and resolving issues promptly.

You will report to the Senior Actuary.

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Credentialed Actuary (FIA, FCAS preferred).
- General Insurance (Property and Casualty) experience is preferred.
- Experience with ISO Commercial Lines Manuals and NCCI is preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding ability to think strategically.

- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
