**Sales Officer - Steel Plant (Salem Area)**

**Qualification: Any Degree**

**Experience: 5 - 7 years**

**Compensation range : CTC in Lakhs 3.5 to 5.0 Lakhs**

**Job Description / Responsibilities**

**1. Sales & Revenue Generation**
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Promote and sell the company’s products or services to customers.

**2. Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**3. Market Development**
- Identify and approach new clients in target markets.
- Assist in expanding the company’s reach in untapped areas.
- Conduct market research and report on competitor activities.

**4. Sales Reporting**
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records using CRM or manual tracking tools.

**5. Promotional Activities**
- Participate in marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
