Chambers of Eshna Kumar is looking for dynamic legal professionals with 2-3 years of experience in Legal Industry.

**Case Management (end to end)**:

- Do thorough research as per legal research steps involved
- Prepare notes and points to discuss the case prospects with in house Senior Lawyers
- Supervise and manage filing process (offline & online) for all courts of law
- Legal drafting to be as per respective court of law/practice
- Manage and maintain end-to-end cloud keeping for all matters
- Manage and maintain end-to-ed drafting process
- Prepare list of dates for each matters
- Prepare argument notes for each matter

**Court of Law Presence**:

- Maintain Legal Dress Code in respective courts of law as per BAR COUNCIL rules and regulations
- Ensure overall case preparation is memorized and is presented as mock trial before court timings
- Assist Senior Lawyers in preparation of arguments and hearings
- Regular upgrade of presentations skills for offline or online court arguments
- Argue in court on legal matters as assigned by in house Senior Lawyers

**Compliance & Reporting**:

- Adhere to updated professional rules and regulations as per BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA
- Adhere to Chamber HR rules and regulations (Attendance, Code of Conduct, reporting structure & Leave Policies)
- Ensure end to end steps are followed in each and every matter preparation by self and clerk assigned for work
- Ensure Chambers decorum inside and outside Chambers is maintained well during working hours dedicated

**Client Handling**:

- Arrange client meetings for existing matters or new matters for Chambers
