**Job Title**: Admission Counsellor

**Location**: Sri Chaitanya Techno School - Chandsi Gangapur Road Nashik, Manori Dindori Road Nashik

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing them with information about the school and answering any questions they may have
- Schedule and conduct campus tours and information sessions for prospective students and their families
- Collaborate with other members of the school community to develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies
- Attend college fairs and other recruitment events to promote the school
- Collect, analyze and report on enrollment data to the senior management team
- Escalate all unresolved grievances of the customer to the Centre Head for prompt resolution.
- Conduct Campus tour to all customers/parents for Experiential Marketing.
- Record all admission registration on Lead Management System/MIS tracker as per the Process guidelines
- Scrutinize and maintain records for all admission forms and documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong Communication Skills & Telephone Etiquette
- Demonstrated track record of initiative, creativity and motivation
- Highly flexible, resilient and zest to work in ambiguous work environment

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
