- Must know product & process knowledge about wire harness assembly.
- Aware about the 1:1 Drawing, pre-blocking, laying, tapping, ultrasonic welding, clip attachment, Program call off for clip test, clip test, foaming, electric testing, screwing, packaging, Nano assembly, offline ultrasonic, shrinking etc.
- Handling of parts in proper manner.
- To meet daily qualitative production target & efficiency.
- To maintain 5s on lines.
- Must know the function of supporting departments.
- To follow safety rules & regulations on shopfloor.
- Teamwork & co-operation with team & departments.
- Familiar with audits knowledge.(VDA 6.3:2021,IATF16949).
- To ensure product meets with specifications & Requirements.
- Knowledge about startup check sheets, LPA, line balance, WI, Visual aid, assembly boards, shift handover activities.
- Knowledge about helping tools to perform assembly activity.
- Should be trained to do the Rework.
- Technical knowledge / education : Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and telecommunication.
- Professional experience: Fresher or Minimum 2 years of experience
- Additional skills: Should know English-
