
Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support Dr. Sanjay Jain, President of Bhagwan Mahavir University and the BM Group of Schools. This is a high-responsibility role that requires discretion, excellent communication, time management skills, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and executive support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Dr. Jain’s calendar - scheduling meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with senior staff, faculty, directors, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and prepare for meetings - including gathering documents, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence and reports.
- Handle domestic and international travel plans, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
- Maintain a systematic filing system - both digital and hard copies.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of decisions.
- Support event planning and public relations activities involving the President.
- Represent the office of the President with professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Google Workspace knowledge is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
