**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to customers to US market.
- Engage customers effectively, understand their requirements, and promote company products/services.
- Maintain a high number of quality calls (around 150 calls per day).
- Provide accurate information to customers, resolve queries, and handle objections professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team and report progress to the supervisors regularly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.

**Must Have**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear accent.
- Good listening skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
- Strong sales orientation and customer service mindset.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls (approx. 150 per day) with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge to operate CRM and other related tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
