**Job Purpose** - As a Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibility is to input, update, maintain, and retrieve data in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for entering various types of data into computer systems, databases, or software platforms. Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency are essential qualities for this role.

**Job Title - **Data Entry Operator

**Grade - **Executive

**Experience - **1-2 yrs

**Responsibilities**:
1. Inputting alphanumeric data from various sources into computer databases or software systems with precision and speed.

2. Reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and correcting any inaccuracies before final submission.

3. Updating and maintaining databases by entering new data and ensuring the accuracy of existing records.

4. Performing regular quality checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.

5. Retrieving information from databases or electronic files as requested by team members or management.

6. Maintaining proper documentation of data entry procedures, protocols, and guidelines.

7. Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and adhering to data protection policies and regulations.

8. Collaborating with team members or supervisors to clarify data entry requirements or address any issues that may arise.

9. Completing data entry tasks within specified deadlines and optimizing workflow processes for maximum efficiency.

**Eligibility**:

- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and verification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
